IntegrityIntegrity is defined as the quality of being honest and fair as well as the state of being complete or whole.

Dwight D. Eisenhower once said, “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, no matter whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.”

Of all the character traits, integrity might be the most important. Integrity builds trust between people and fosters positive relationships.  Many say, “Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching.” People who live with integrity are not able to be corrupted and are not capable of breaking the trust of those who have confided in them. Each human is born with a conscience and therefore the ability to know right from wrong. Choosing the right, regardless of the result, is the cornerstone of integrity.

At Pay4Freight, we take poise ourselves on having the integrity to stand with and support our partners to get where they need to go and be able to be counted on to be there.  We believe in strong relationships with those we work with and without integrity, there is no foundation for those relationships to stand on.
