Many people don’t appreciate the contribution that truckers make to society. Rising early, putting in long hours behind the wheel, driving with awareness and restraint—these things are not easy and yet, thousands of truckers get up every day and go to work to make sure that loads are delivered and another day can go according to plan in our great country.
America might run on donuts, but it runs because of truckers. Â This week, take a moment to talk to your kids about how much we owe our truckers, and if you know or meet a trucker, thank them for the service they provide.
