Nine years ago, on this day, Pay4Freight was just another start-up business with a big idea: to provide freight factoring services to small carriers in a way that made us add value to those businesses and help them grow.

From when we started until today, we have been proud of the effort that we’ve put into providing all of our partners with the very best service available in the industry.

Taking the high road is not always easy but we feel really proud that it’s the only road we’ve ever taken.

  • We never lock our partners into stifling death-hold contracts.
  • We treat them with the same courtesy that we want to be treated.
  • We answer our phones
  • We promptly pay our client’s freight bills
  • We do what we say we’ll do.

A company is only as good as its team and we select our team members to bring their very best to work each and every day.

It’s no surprise then that some of our partners have been with us for 100 months or as long as we’ve been in business. If a client stays with a service provider for 100 months when they are free to go elsewhere, you know that there is a solid reason for their loyalty.

I believe that reason is integrity and trust.
