At Pay4Freight we treat our clients the way we would like to be treated. From the very first time we talk to you and every conversation after, we always tell the truth about your rates, about your contract terms, about what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. If you ask us a question we will answer it straight up. Nothing good ever comes from hiding the truth.

2. We promise to always answer our phones

You’d be surprised how many companies become virtually unreachable once the contract has been signed. We, on the other hand, treat you with courtesy and respect. During business hours a live person will always answer the phone. They will be ready to help you with whatever you need help with an attitude that is friendly and committed to solving your problem as quickly as possible. So, don’t be shy, give us a call, ask your questions, we welcome them.

3. Robert promises to always have an open-door policy

Whether you have a complaint, a compliment or a question, Robert will always welcome your feedback. Robert has maintained an open-door policy from the start and this is how he has stayed in step with the hopes and concerns of carriers through changing times. 

4. We promise to always do our best for you

We always do our very, very best and if we make a mistake, we take immediate ownership and take action to rectify that mistake. We are not the biggest factoring company out there, and that is the way we like it. We are perfectly sized to know our carriers and give them the best individual attention we can give and they deserve. 

5. We promise that you can always rely on us
