Pay4Freight is not just a freight factoring company. We are a family of individuals who come to work every day determined to give our partners their best effort—that means not just being efficient and professional, but also friendly and understanding. Many of our partners are not locally based and might never meet us in person. The relationships that are fostered over many years are very real though. Every month we highlight a Pay4Freight team member so that our partners can put a face to the voice on the other end of the line. This month we caught up with our employee of the month, Aimee Phillips.
1. What is your name?
2. When did you start working for Pay4Freight?
The first time was March of 2011, I was here for 8 months and found out I was having my first child and decided to move back home to Georgia. I started back working from home for Pay4Freight in April of 2012 and went back full time in June of that year. I have been here ever since.
3. What is your role at the company?
I am an account service lead. I process documents for my clients in order for them to be paid in a timely manner. I also dabble a bit in funding the clients, once loads have been purchased. But my main priority is being an account service lead.
4. What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love my clients, I have awesome conversations with them, and I enjoy keeping them happy. The clients are the reason we are all here, and I appreciate them so much. I have a great relationship with most of my clients.

I am a team player, I love working as a team and getting the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I don’t mind going out of my way for anyone and helping.
