Day-to-Day
Communicate with potential customers regarding our services
Leads provided using our proprietary Lead Management System
Respond to inquiries via phone and email
Work within Salesforce CRM to keep sales pipeline current and accurate
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous positive engagement
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
Experience with basic MS Office products
Comfortable conducting business over the phone
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus
