Pay4Freight is seeking goal-oriented individuals to contact potential customers to build relationships, assess needs, and sell our services.

- Communicate with potential customers regarding our services
- Leads provided using our proprietary Lead Management System
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email
- Work within Salesforce CRM to keep sales pipeline current and accurate
- Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous positive engagement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) experience in outbound sales and/or customer service
- Experience with basic MS Office products
- Comfortable conducting business over the phone
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
